This sauce is by far our hottest sauce to date (2022), however this sauce does not sacrifice the powerful flavor that Vermont Pepper Project stands for. This sauce has a complexity of flavors before the immense super hot burn one can expect from multiple super hot peppers per bottle.
Up front, this sauce will greet you with loads of the sweet vibrant tart taste of pineapple. This isn't your ordinary pineapple hot sauce however, as we added a healthy dose of honey courtesy of Sweeter Than Your Last Honey Apiary based in Castleton, Vermont. On top of that, more Vermont products make their way in the mix. First Run Rum from Mad River Distillery, distilled in Warren, Vermont is a taste you can't miss. Toss in a healthy dose of garlic, some coconut oil, orange juice and basil, you have a truly unique and tropical flavor that will set this apart from other super hot sauces. Oh did we mention? This sauce is loaded with Carolina Reaper peppers and Trinidad Scorpion peppers. This is a serious sauce no matter how you look at it.
