Product Description:
Imagine a classic American hot sauce: a runny, vinegar based and relatively mild red hot pepper sauce. Ok, now imagine that sauce with so much more savory and complex flavors!  Soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and mustard powder add a huge flavor blast that elevates this sauce to a must have for all noodle dishes and rice. Looking for a quick sauce for dumplings or egg rolls? Look no further!

The pepper blend features a combination of rare Chinese peppers as well as the earthy bite of Thai chili peppers, but maintains a heat level that the tamest of tongues could handle. Sweet bell pepper, carrot and onion add a level of sweetness to compliment the heat as well as the earthy and umami flavors of the other ingredients.

Like many other sauces that have come before this from us, this sauce has direct inspirations from the VPP family. My father has a super guilty pleasure involving Chinese food, and this sauce is to serve as a way to pay homage to his love of Chinese food!
