Product Description:
The matriarch of VPP asked in the summer of 2021 if we could make salsa. Fast forward to 2022 and we've done exactly that and the whole product is named after her! To fit her heat tolerance, we kept it pretty tame on the spice intensity. That being said, it still definitely provides a little kick!

This mild salsa features tomatoes grown among our pepper plants, roasted mere hours after picking. This access to the freshest ingredients ensures we provide the best possible salsa we can. We tried to keep this as authentic to a Mexican salsa as possible while still making sure it was our own unique condiment. This is the perfect salsa to add to Tex Mex or just to snack on with chips, if you ask us.
