This sauce is meant to be a celebration! 5 years of Vermont Pepper Project! I was inspired to make a sauce that bridged the gap between hot sauce, ranch and honey mustard - just with a punch of garlic and onion too. This sauce kind of encapsulates our flavors in many ways. We use some of our favorite peppers with the red jalapenos, habaneros and serranos. We've got some aromatics like garlic and onion, which is a staple in our stuff. On top of that, we've got some herbs and spices - another staple of our sauces. To cap it off? We've got local honey, and a splash of lemon juice for some extra brightness.
This is going to be an every day sauce you can use on truly anything your heart desires. Flavor first, with a healthy level of heat that will work for almost anyone.
