Ingredients: Yellow Mustard Seed, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Habanero Peppers, Fatalii Peppers, Smoked Fresno Peppers, Maple Syrup, Smoked Garlic, Smoked Onion, Lime Juice, Turmeric, Salt, Black Pepper

Try This With: sandwiches, BBQ/smoked meats, chicken, mix it with some mayo and ketchup for a burger sauce, and anything else you would love some mustard with!

To put it simply, Golden Child is our Vermont take on a mustard based hot sauce. We are very proud of this sauce. The core ingredient is obviously mustard, but beyond that our choice in ingredients reflect what we feel are staples of our beautiful little state. It boasts a somewhat fruity flavor from the peppers, in addition to a robust yet subtle sweetness from maple syrup and the hearty smokiness you would love to have on some BBQ.

Of course if you're buying this from us, you know we're bringing the heat from peppers grown right here in Vermont. This sauce combines a trio of peppers: Habaneros, Fataliis, and smoked Fresnos. These combine to be a strong voice in the choir that is Golden Child. We've once again tapped some maple syrup from our friends at Squier Family Farm to give a smooth sweetness to this sauce. In addition to the smoked Fresnos, we smoked some onion and garlic to give some extra flavor to this symphony.
