Who doesn't love a classic salty dill pickle to either snack on or toss along side their meals? This is our take on a fancy version of burger chips! Mustard seeds, celery seeds and garlic add a robust layer of flavor that you're not going to get in your average supermarket pickles. Some thinly sliced onions offer up a touch of sweetness too! Toss in some home grown dill, and last but not least... peppers, of course!
This is our mild recipe featuring a cayenne pepper to up the temperature of these pickles. We're not trying to burn the house down but just add a little zip of heat in there to let you know we're still dealing with the Vermont Pepper Project! These are made entirely with organic and natural ingredients, no artificial preservatives or colorings to doctor up appearances or texture. Straight from the garden to the jar.
