Our pickled pepper brine features a blend of coriander seeds, and black peppercorns to add a citrus-y zest that will really shine along the peppers. Factor that in with some sugar to ease the severity of the burn and you have a flavor unique to Vermont Pepper Project!

These are the middle heat level of our 3 pickled peppers, featuring Aji Guyana and Bulgarian Carrot Peppers. Aji Guyana brings a fruity citrus centric flavor to the table, complimented by a more earthy yet sweet jalapeno-ish flavor from the Bulgarian Carrot Peppers! These are pretty potent! Not quite superhots but will certainly pack a punch.
