This sauce is back! It was briefly retired for parts of 2024 and 2025, but we are back with our peach maple bourbon based sauce. What's new about it? Well, we added even more peach. We char up some of the peach to concentrate even more of that flavor in each bottle. It has red habaneros and red ghost peppers now as well, which are both new compared to the original recipe. This offers a unique heat profile you can literally feel travel from the front of your mouth all the way to the throat.
This came from some brainstorming on how to incorporate some maple syrup into a hot sauce. My friends at the Squier Family Farm in Tinmouth, VT gave me a jar of syrup as a present and I had to find a great flavor combo to pair with it. It is truly the best maple syrup I've ever had, and as a native Vermonter that is about as high praise as I can give.
